Customer Requested Cancellations
We are happy to cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. All customer requested cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee as Amelia Richardson is still responsible for Shopify fees, PayPal fees, and/or credit card processing fees for these orders. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached and in good packaging. If the item is sealed and the packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for a return. This includes but is not limited to: Squishmallow Mini Candy Pods, Squishmallow Squishville Candy Pods, Squishmallow Mini Candy Collector Jars, Squishmallow Squooshems Mystery Bags
You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item, you can contact us at Support@AmeliaRichardson.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Mystery Box Returns
We gladly accept returns on Squishmallows Mystery Boxes sold on our site. As with all items, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Unopened Mystery Boxes may be returned for a full refund. Partial Mystery Box returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Full Squad Set Item Returns
We gladly accept returns on any bundle or full Squad Set item. Again, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Partial returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Stock Photos
Please note that all photos used on our website are stock photos. Each Squishmallow is made individually, so each Squishmallow will be slightly different during the manufacturing process. Therefore, the appearance of the item may vary slightly from the photo. This includes, but is not limited to: the color of the tie-dye pattern, the color of the hair, the size and placement of features (eyes, ears, wings, etc.), the level of padding, etc.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it for you. If there is a problem with your order, you have 14 days to notify us. We will request photos if the item is defective. If we made a mistake or your item is damaged, we will fix it for you. Please see below to determine if your item qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Wrong, Damaged or Missing Labels
If the label on the item you received is damaged or missing, we will be happy to send you a replacement label.
Partial Discounts
If your item qualifies for a partial discount, the discount only applies to the item itself. Partial discounts do not apply to any shipping costs. Additionally, if any item sold in a set or bundle is found to be eligible for a partial discount, the discount will only apply to the value of the defective item, not the value of the entire bundle.
Items Not Eligible for Exchanges or Discounts
Due to manufacturing processes, there may be normal differences in the construction of Squishmallows and other items sold on our website.
Variations in items that are not eligible for discounts or refunds include, but are not limited to: fabric/stitching inconsistencies, hair/fur inconsistencies, extra threads or strings, exposed stitching or non-porous stuffing, excess glue, uneven features, number of layers of stuffing, wrinkled fabric or stitching, extra parts not secured in place (wings, gills, antlers, ears, etc.).
We are unable to offer discounts or exchanges for damage to external packaging, including, but not limited to: plastic shells, capsules, cardboard backing, etc.
Additionally: Mystery Capsules, Collector's Jars, Squooshems, 12", 14", 16", 20" and 24" Squishmallows are shipped in original factory sealed packaging. Since we do not remove these items from the factory packaging, we are unable to offer discounts for minor imperfections on these items. These imperfections include, but are not limited to, less than adequate filling, loose strings, excess fabric, bent or torn labels, small/removable marks, etc. Thank you for your understanding!
We are happy to accept returns on these items at the customer's expense.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you are looking for is to return the item you own, once returnedIf the return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Once we receive your return, it may take 3-5 business days to process the refund. Please also note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue a refund.
