Shipping Policy

Please note that delivery dates provided by shipping companies such as UPS and USPS are estimates only and represent best-case scenarios. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates.
While we strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner, carrier delays are beyond our control. Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We are closed on weekends. Large orders (25 or more) may take an additional 3-5 days to process. Orders are shipped from Illinois. We currently offer international shipping. Shipping time within the United States is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges will be based on the size and weight of your order and the distance your package is shipped. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. We may periodically offer free shipping on orders over $100. This offer is not always available. Orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states of the United States will qualify for free shipping if the order total (before discounts and taxes) is over $100. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or internationally are not eligible for this promotion. If a package is refused, we will refund the customer the full cost of the product once the package is returned to us. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Carriers may occasionally experience delays. If you experience a delayed delivery, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment if the package does not show as delivered within 30 days of the ship date. We will not refund or reship within 30 days. International shipments are not eligible for our 30-day refund policy. International shipments may be refunded if they do not show as delivered 30 days after the estimated shipping time. Thank you for your understanding. If a package is marked as "Return to Sender" by the carrier due to incomplete address information or other reasons, the customer will only be refunded the cost of the product. Such orders are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost, which will be effected after the order is returned to us. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to enter the address correctly on the order. We are happy to amend the delivery address for orders that have not yet been shipped, but Amelia Richardson is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. The products sold on our website are for end-user use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect that the product you are purchasing is for resale.
